Huge thank you to George and the lettings team for going above and beyond to make a stressful time as easy as possible. We used Beresford Adams to provide a probate valuation on our late Mother's bungalow. They were just brilliant at a very difficult time, so when we came to put the bungalow on the market we had no hesitation in asking them sell it for us. Once again we can't praise and thank everyone enough for there friendly, professional and excellent service throughout what transpired to be a longer than expected sale. Thanks so much to the whole team, Louise, Cherry, Katrina, Tuin and especially Amy who endured a lot of hassle on our behalf and who never lost her sense of humour or professionalism. The only thing I would do differently is to use an independent conveyancer rather than CCS. Would we recommend Beresford Adams..... I think you can already judge that our answer is a resounding YES, without hesitation or reservation.

From the viewing of the property all the way to the end of the sale, Cherry and Katrina were there on hand to help assist and lend me any advice I needed. Delightful to buy a house with. I had a particularly complicated set of circumstances as I was buying while working abroad. The team, special mentions to Amy and Louise, were extremely helpful and understanding and I wanted to use this review to express my gratitude to them. I was also greatly aided by Beresford Adams being part of the Countrywide group as it helped me to speed up processes that would have taken much longer or even jeopardised the purchase. A particular mention to Thuin from the Countrywide, who works in the Beresford Adams Chester office. He was in constant and prompt contact with my solicitor leading up to the sale to make sure that the insurance policies matched my mortgage broker's requirements (which were more complicated than normal due to my working abroad). Everyone I spoke to at their office always provided sound, sensible and well-measured advice. I will rent the property out until I return from my travels and I look forward to working with Beresford Adams Chester to do this and I am confident that I will be able to post an excellent review of that part of their service in the future.

When I decided to sell my house, I went straight to Beresford Adams, knowing their long and good reputation in this city. I wasn't disappointed. Good advice, incredibly efficient service getting my property on the market and contacting potential buyers. As can happen, my first buyer fell through, but the moment that happened, the staff were straight on to finding me another buyer. Which they did, and in a matter of days, the sale was back on, and went to completion not too long after. Tried to buy a house from the Ruthin Wales branch. It had been on the market for over a year and was a real dump. It was in a forest so not a sort after property. As soon as we went to see it we liked it. We put an offer in. A day later we were locked in a bidding war with another couple who were desperate to buy it (ha, ha). They wanted us to submit final offer sealed bids. We decided not to increase our offer. 2 days later I received a letter from them to say our offer had been declined. They then phoned about a week later. And said we have good news. I said what are you talking about I thought we has lost the house? No they said the other couple have pulled out and the sellers have decided to accept your offer! No thanks I said. So from having no buyers for over a year in the space of a week this lost had lost two buyers.Of course the other buyer never existed. They made it all up. It was all a pack of lies to con more money out of us. They should be black listed as being conmen. Also be aware their so called financial advisor who is based at another branch is a major part of the scam. He should be reported too for proffesional misconduct.
