GoogleNot a very nice place to go ask for help, the blonde lady lorna was very arrogant and laughed in my face and didnt make me feel comfortable at all and will not be going back I'd rather travel to a different town

GoogleMy advice is don't rent a property through this company. They're fine when they're collecting your rent every month but as soon as you need any repairs doing, they loose the ability to communicate in any way shape or form

GoogleHannah at Beresford Adams and the rest of the team have been successful in selling our property and securing a good price, despite having spent 12 months on the market with another agent. While the fees for this agency were higher, it was clear they they worked hard to ensure regular viewings. Communication was excellent.

GoogleAbsolutely disgusted with the service of this place. Had a viewing appointment booked and confirmed for Saturday and travelled 215 miles to view a property, only for no one to show up. Waited for almost an hour in the rain, not even so much as a courtesy call to let us know no one would be coming, and calls to their office phone went unanswered. Travelled a further 20 minutes to their Bangor office only to find them closed up early. Would give 0 stars if I could, expected some level of professionalism but have been left incredibly disappointed, out of pocket for 430 miles of fuel and extremely angry.
