GoogleWe had a great experience buying our first home through Beresford Adams Caernarfon - all the staff were great, welcoming and professional (especially Cath who dealt with us the most!) The company's support was very useful when we were looking for a house, and we were informed by them immediately of any developments in the process of buying the property. GoogleWe used Beresford Adams to provide a probate valuation on our late Mother's bungalow. They were just brilliant at a very difficult time, so when we came to put the bungalow on the market we had no hesitation in asking them sell it for us. Once again we can't praise and thank everyone enough for there friendly, professional and excellent service throughout what transpired to be a longer than expected sale. Thanks so much to the whole team, Louise, Cherry, Katrina, Tuin and especially Amy who endured a lot of hassle on our behalf and who never lost her sense of humour or professionalism. The only thing I would do differently is to use an independent conveyancer rather than CCS. Would we recommend Beresford Adams..... I think you can already judge that our answer is a resounding YES, without hesitation or reservation.

GoogleI did want give a zero star but to write a review you have to give at list one . We did choose this people to put our house on the market in a difficult time , and they stab us on our back !!!! NOT VERY TRUSTY AGENTS Start from the Boss Call James I still don’t believe they force entry in our property and change the locks !!!!
