GoogleHuge thank you to George and the lettings team for going above and beyond to make a stressful time as easy as possible. I had to move due to landlords change in circumstances, and when I found another property with Beresford, George handled everything including negotiation with both the old and new landlord, coordinating tenancy start and end times, all to make sure my kids and I had a new place to call home as soon as possible. Thank you!

GoogleAysha has been so helpful in finding the right investment property for me, I live far away and she has tried her best to accommodate me with viewings etc to my time schedule. She has also been great with putting offers forward to sellers to try and speed up the process for me and general communication. I'd recommend using Aysha to anybody looking to purchase property in the area.

GoogleI can honestly say I have never met a lettings team like the team at Beresford Adams, Prestatyn. They have guided us through an application process that hasn't been as smooth as we thought but the support they have provided has been amazing. Where the vetting process can sometimes be lengthy this team have patience with customers, a good sense of humour and an understanding that applicants are service users as well as the homeowners and they will treat you with respect from start to finish. Well done to Jess, Hannah, Sam and the lovely lady who guided us around our future home! Keep up that team work, you are all fab!

GoogleAs a first time landlord I was quite unsure about processes involved with renting my property out. Sophie Davies-Cooke, the lettings manager in Mold helped me every step of the way. She reassured me when I had any queries, was extremely organised, efficient and diligent. I honestly couldn’t recommend Sophie enough! If I could give her personally, 10 stars I would.

GoogleDelightful to buy a house with. I had a particularly complicated set of circumstances as I was buying while working abroad. The team, special mentions to Amy and Louise, were extremely helpful and understanding and I wanted to use this review to express my gratitude to them. I was also greatly aided by Beresford Adams being part of the Countrywide group as it helped me to speed up processes that would have taken much longer or even jeopardised the purchase. A particular mention to Thuin from the Countrywide, who works in the Beresford Adams Chester office. He was in constant and prompt contact with my solicitor leading up to the sale to make sure that the insurance policies matched my mortgage broker's requirements (which were more complicated than normal due to my working abroad). Everyone I spoke to at their office always provided sound, sensible and well-measured advice. I will rent the property out until I return from my travels and I look forward to working with Beresford Adams Chester to do this and I am confident that I will be able to post an excellent review of that part of their service in the future.

GoogleWhen we decided to sell our house, we never imagine we will receive such an outstanding customer service experience. Amy and her amazing team took care of us all the way through making sure every detail was right. They walked us through all important facts and they help us to understand all critical parts of the sale agreement. I will definitely recommend Beresford Adams if you are looking for a professional and knowledgeable advise. Amy never forgot the personal touch in the transaction and this is something very valuable when you sell your house.

GoogleWhen I decided to sell my house, I went straight to Beresford Adams, knowing their long and good reputation in this city. I wasn't disappointed. Good advice, incredibly efficient service getting my property on the market and contacting potential buyers. As can happen, my first buyer fell through, but the moment that happened, the staff were straight on to finding me another buyer. Which they did, and in a matter of days, the sale was back on, and went to completion not too long after. They kept me in touch with the process, the documentation, gave me sound and useful advice every step of the way. I am grateful for a friendly, speedy and highly professional service, and have no doubts about recommending them. And my thanks to Katrina and Amy for their ongoing support through the sale.
