The team at Beresford Adams Wrexham have been an absolute pleasure from the start. Alice valued our property and was a delight . I have nothing but nice things to say about Beresford Adams! From the moment I called them to ask to view a property last minute Melissa went out of her way to ensure we got a viewing that weekend. Not only this but she took us to see another property at the same time that hadn’t been listed yet. She is the most professional estate agent I have ever dealt with. From the moment we put in an offer through to finally completing, she was there every step of the way. She was always so kind and helpful, answering all my emails and phone calls. Any important news (such as offer being accepted, completing etc) she always called us which I really appreciated. I never once felt that she was just on the sellers side, I felt she had my best interests at heart too. Me and my partner are first time buyers and were very anxious throughout the process but Melissa really helped us to navigate through it all. I’m in love with our first home and only have Melissa to thank for that. I hope to stay in touch with her and Beresford Adams so that in the future, should we want to sell our first home and find something bigger, I will definitely go back to them. Shame, I really wanted to give the full 5 stars in fairness we found Beresford very helpful and we thought supportive, selling and buying can be stressful and in our case we had trouble getting our mortgage on time ,I felt awful and as time went on it felt like we would never be going through with the sale , we kept being reassured all will be well and there are many others in the same situation, that kept us feeling positive and hopeful, we then had a phone call from our buyer asking if we where still selling because Beresford Adams had sent them another property to view, Luckily they loved our house but imagine if they went for the other property instead of ours, unbelievable when Beresford where supposed to be on our side, we where already stressed and this just added to it, if all goes to plan I am sure they are very good but that felt underhand and sneaky to us, as I said its a shame because they do come across as very helpful , maybe thats just how the game goes, you hear of estate agents telling fibs all the time and some do have a bad reputation but I really liked this agent to begin with, hopefully this was a one off. Sorry Beresford Adams, not good enough.NegativeProfessionalism

Absolutely outstanding service from start to finish, Alice was so supportive and absolutely knows her stuff about the best way to market your property, she stayed in touch the whole way through and was always taking my calls and responding to my texts, with the most cheery manner we sold our house within 2 day of being on the market with this amazing company, Nathan was the main guy who sorted all our viewings, dealt with any offers and advised us every step of the way with what to do regarding the offers Nathan and I always had such a giggle and he always would ask how our new baby was. The service we have had so far from Beresford Adams in Wrexham has been first rate, particularly from our agent, Alice Lofts, and the branch manager, Liz Miller-Eccleston. Alice efficiently and accurately valued our house, and, with the aid of extremely professional photography from Peter, quickly put together attractive sales particulars. The house was put on the market at the earliest opportunity and our first request for viewing came within the hour. Alice has kept us informed of every development and even contacted the estate agent of the property we wish to buy to keep them informed of progress. Liz has also taken a personal interest and both Alice and Liz have offered sound advice. They couldn’t have been more helpful.

I had brilliant service from the team in the Wrexham branch. Alice, who came out and valued my property was very knowledgeable and a lovely lady. Nathan, who had already shown me around countless properties beforehand, was a true superstar! He always had time to reply to my questions and offered support when I needed it and did it all with a smile. And last but by no means least,, Liz, who manages everything. She went over and above with helping me fill out the countless forms and making sense of the legal stuff I know nothing about. The atmosphere in the branch is always welcoming and cheerful. If I was ever in a buying or selling situation again I wouldn’t hesitate to return to them. Highly recommended.
