She has been very professional yet has the most caring side and has treated me with great respect and reassurance. The team at the Colwyn Bay Office recommended Me to use their branch in Wrexham and I’m so happy I did . I truly can’t thank Alice so much and the rest of the team at the branch .

GoogleAbsolutely outstanding service from start to finish, Alice was so supportive and absolutely knows her stuff about the best way to market your property, she stayed in touch the whole way through and was always taking my calls and responding to my texts, with the most cheery manner we sold our house within 2 day of being on the market with this amazing company, Nathan was the main guy who sorted all our viewings, dealt with any offers and advised us every step of the way with what to do regarding the offers Nathan and I always had such a giggle and he always would ask how our new baby was. These 2 amazing members of staff are an absolute credit to the company and made selling our house such an exciting time. Thank you so much Alice and Nathan

GoogleI had brilliant service from the team in the Wrexham branch. Alice, who came out and valued my property was very knowledgeable and a lovely lady. Nathan, who had already shown me around countless properties beforehand, was a true superstar! He always had time to reply to my questions and offered support when I needed it and did it all with a smile. And last but by no means least,, Liz, who manages everything. She went over and above with helping me fill out the countless forms and making sense of the legal stuff I know nothing about. The atmosphere in the branch is always welcoming and cheerful. If I was ever in a buying or selling situation again I wouldn’t hesitate to return to them. Highly recommended.

GoogleThey have a 3 bedroom house listed using descriptions such as "A spacious front room" and "family bathroom". But when I rang up they said no children as the property was too small! This just goes to show the drivel that comes out of estate agents' mouths. How can the front room be "spacious" and the bathroom be "family" if it's too small and no children? The advert was completely misleading and discriminatory in contravention of the Equality Act 2010 as it discriminates on the basis of age.NegativeProfessionalism

GoogleShocking estate agents. As a landlord they cost me significant sums of money and I ended up having to take them to small claims court because they took the option to simply ignore their customer and never call back when they promised. The last straw was when they emailed me by mistake thinking they were emailing the tenant advising them to contest legitimate costs I had incurred because they would help get them out of it! Absolutely shocking outfit. Seriously, use any other estate agent before you use Beresford Adams I think it's telling that you find the time to reply to this but never reply to phone calls and emails directly. Disgusting.

GoogleThe Chester team has been incredibly attentive, supportive and responsive during our rather challenging home-buying journey. Katrina Halliday in particular has been a real star throughout, always getting back to us promptly regardless of the pressures and difficulties, and always positive, proactive and authentic. GoogleI have recently received excellent service from Beresford Adams Chester. My agent was Jaydon Snelus and she was so friendly and informative. She had no trouble meeting me at the property 3 times and each time walked around with me chatting through decorating ideas! I found this really personable as I have been to other agents who don't even bother showing you around! I would 100% recommend Beresford to buy from. Even when I collected the keys, all of the girls in the office were so lovely! Thanks again Jaydon I really appreciate all of your help through my buying journey!

GoogleI have nothing but nice things to say about Beresford Adams! From the moment I called them to ask to view a property last minute Melissa went out of her way to ensure we got a viewing that weekend. Not only this but she took us to see another property at the same time that hadn’t been listed yet. She is the most professional estate agent I have ever dealt with. From the moment we put in an offer through to finally completing, she was there every step of the way. She was always so kind and helpful, answering all my emails and phone calls. Any important news (such as offer being accepted, completing etc) she always called us which I really appreciated. I never once felt that she was just on the sellers side, I felt she had my best interests at heart too. Me and my partner are first time buyers and were very anxious throughout the process but Melissa really helped us to navigate through it all. I’m in love with our first home and only have Melissa to thank for that. I hope to stay in touch with her and Beresford Adams so that in the future, should we want to sell our first home and find something bigger, I will definitely go back to them.
