We have just bought our forever home and have no doubt that without the help and support of the staff at Beresford Adams and our wonderful mortgage advisor (countrywide mortgage advisor ) Nikita Salisbury this may not have happened. Nikita, Kayleigh and Katie worked tirelessly chasing the chain and pushing for things to move with speed. Nothing was too much they went above and beyond. Nikita’s professionalism, clear communication and sheer determination was second to none - she found us the best mortgage options and gave us alternatives to consider - everything was easy to understand and the process was made a million times better by having her in our corner. She’s stuck with us as long as she’s in the job, as we wouldn’t trust anyone else the way we do her. The girls were up against it with pressures from a complex chain and had to juggle many a challenge to get this over the line. I am beyond grateful for the help, support and care they have shown. Buying and selling is stressful at the best of times but having a solid team behind you gives you the confidence that everything will go to plan. Thankyou ladies for everything. All the best for Christmas and new year.

They say a house move is one of the most stressful things you can do in life and it’s 100% true!! Although it would have been far more stressful without the help of the staff at Beresford Adams in Prestatyn. Jayne, Kayleigh, Nikita and the team were so helpful, patient and experienced in dealing with all the bumps that came along in the road. I would happily recommend this team if you also decided to put yourself through the circus that is the “chain”. They will help and guide you with all aspects, including you not loosing your sanity. We took a property from this agency, Beresford Adams, in May. It was poor to start with. We have consistently tried to get works done, without much luck. Its been a nightmare, we have been called "full of ****" on their systems by the property manager as well as defamed to the landlord. I would avoid. My experience has been shocking.

I used these for both selling and buying. Selling: Initially, there were some issues getting the house onto the market because they were a bit lax with the floor plan, which contained numerous errors. This caused some inconvenience and lost an offer of a house. Buying: In contrast, their help through the process of buying a house was excellent. There were numerous issues that *should* have been dealt with by the solicitor, but they just pushed it on to the Estate agent (what do we pay the solicitors for?), who went above and beyond to help resolve things and make sure the sale completed. Even after the sale, they helped negotiate for the previous owners to pay for clearance of rubbish left in the garden (again, should have been the solicitor's job).

Elfyn, Lisa, Alex and Lesley were all not only professional but extremely proactive and helpful throughout the sales process. Our house sold quickly with them and they were on hand to answer any questions and move everything along quickly. Every time we called the office the phone would be answered and we were always called back quickly with updates on any questions. The initial pricing was honest and a real reflection of the property value, pictures of our home were brilliant, the sale process was proactive and the whole team was a pleasure to communicate with. Would highly recommend using Beresford Adams 10/10
