We viewed the property and had many lovely conversations with Annabelle who came across as a kind hearted and wonderful human. She also made us feel more relaxed and excited about a situation that was also quite stressful. Jamie was also a star with all his hard work in getting us this property and we couldn't be more grateful to any of them. Jamie, who guided us through every step of the process, ensured that mum was able to move into the flat of choice with a very quick turnaround leaving mum very happy and now settled into her new home.
