GoogleUpon my first enquiry to Beresford Adams to attend a viewing for a rental property I was pleasantly surprised by the informative details given about the property by Ffion her attention to detail at enquiry stage was fantastic. We visited various viewings with Ffion and every time we met she was friendly and professional. Ffion went above and beyond kept in constant communication and called us when new properties came out on the market to talk through the suitabilities based on our requirements. GoogleWe have used Beresford Admas in LLandudno to manage the rental of our property for a few years. Ffion efficiently managed the process when tenants vacated the property and new tenants wanted to move in soon after. We live overseas so the communication can be delayed due to the time difference, however this was not an issue as Fion planned accordingly. Thank you Ffion!

GoogleMoving countries can be hard and moving countries and finding your first home can be even more harder! Me and my wife faced it very recently and I have to say we did panick! But that's when Ffion from Beresford Adams came to the rescue, We found a lovely two bedroom with the help of Ffion and we couldn't be more happier! Really great customer service and making sure our request stayed on top!!! Would definitely recommend them and definitely go back if we need any prorperty related support!!Great work team and thank you Ffion!

GoogleShocking company with no idea about the basics of customer service. They forgot about appointments, never called us back. We had to chase everything to be organised which made the final details before the move very last minute and very stressful. It was almost impossible to give them money! Today was the final straw when I was told we were lying about a piece of furniture they said they would have removed. Such a random incredibly weird thing to do and say. It is very difficult to deal with people who are terrible at their job, are rude, inefficient and liars. Being an estate agents is hardly rocket science so to get it this wrong really takes some work! If I was the landlord, I would be horrified at the way they deal with their tenants.

GoogleFfion was very helpful with the move and was great with answering all our questions as it was our first time move into a flat, kept us updated on everything that was happening. She made the move for us with the least stress as possible as she new we had a two year old at home and another baby coming in December. She made sure our family had somewhere to call home. Coreen was very helpful as well with signing the contract and giving us the keys and answered any questions we still had left. I would highly recommend going with beresford Adams

GoogleThe girls at Beresford Adams have been nothing but amazing the whole way through my house purchase, as a first time buyer the process was very daughting but the girls have helped with everything and put me at ease. Amie Preece the mortgage advisor was so helpful and full of information and I couldn't be happier to have her as my advisor.
