GoogleMy partner and myself had found ourselves in a nightmare position with an incredibly mouldy and damp flat witch made us ill and loosing a lot of money through ruined possessions and sickness. Beresford Adam’s have been an amazing help throughout. Especially Alex, Hannah, and Ellie. With their help we have found our dream place and could not be where we are now without the professionalism and help from these three! A complete credit to Beresford Adam’s thank you all so much!

GoogleWe first contacted the Bangor office of Beresford Adams by phone and the Agent, Alex, was so polite and professional. This continued throughout the whole process, with Alex following us closely all the way. He was very knowledgeable and demonstrated his competence several times over, making suggestions on points we had not taken into consideration giving advice when needed, and was a valuable asset to the negotiations. We were very impressed by the whole staff in general, who were always available and helpful. We could not be happier for our choice of Estate Agent, and will make Beresford Adams our first point of contact for any future requirements. Thank you Beresford Adams for your excellent service.

GooglePoor agents, they create different kind of rules for every customer, they not calling back about offers, they lie to US about property offers about Benjamin Street property in Wrexham, we were not able to give an offer even when others were not accepted, poor contact and updates. Been told that can not offer without viewving, but they viewving wasn't possible. For me looks like scamers... Not Recommend!

GoogleAfter struggling against many barriers with other lettings agents due to the unique nature of my self-employment, I'd begun to lose hope of ever renting a property. This all changed this month thanks to Jamie at Beresford Adams who has been a genuine and sincere help in my journey to find a place to rent and indeed today got me an application with a landlord! It's not just finding a place, the level of help I've been provided by Jamie and everyone else at Beresford Adams is unparalleled and it's genuinely reinstated some of my faith in humanity. I would HIGHLY recommend, especially if you're self-employed!

They let me have a survey done but my chain broke. They left the house on right move and didn’t let me know it was sold so I could look for another. Wouldn’t have a discussion on the phone . Absolutely horrible experience with Llandudno staff!!

Jamie helping us what are the things we needed to do, explaining about the details of the requirements for letting. He keep in touch whenever something needed . GoogleUnprofessional behaviour! Terrible service! They haven’t got my deposit back for 1.5 months! The landlord approved on the day I moved out that the full amount of the deposit would be paid back, but the agency pretended that it was not! It is better to work with another company! Now I have to contact all of them a lot of times as they do nothing to change this situation!

GoogleFfion Williams from Beresford Adams Letting was very helpful in helping us secure our rented property. She helped with the paperwork relating to insurance, utilities and references , gave sound advise to ensure we were the tenants of choice and followed through on some remedial work before we moved into the property also ensuring regular communications throughout the process.

GoogleSince we are now based in the South East, Beresford Adams worked with us to make sure we could get all testing and certificates completed without us having to do any more than organise the various engineers to collect and drop the keys off at the office. They were also very helpful and quick to find us a new buyer when our initial one dropped out at the very last minute.
