After an awful experience renting privately left my son hospitalised, I was incredibly happy with the personable manner in which I was dealt with. Lisa ensured I was kept well informed on what I needed to provide during the very efficient process. Lisa was quick to respond and always available to answer any questions. GoogleOver the last few months I have purchased a property from Beresford Adams and had the letting team put it on the rental market for us. Working with Aysha on the purchase of the property, was swift and easy, without any hiccup. Then the lettings team, did all the work, finding a tenant for us almost immediately, completing the vetting process, and creating the legal contract. Lisa, was very efficient, and kept us well informed during the process. A big thanks to all the team, and will definitely be using the service again in the future.

He comes across as self driven to achieve, very empathetic to his clients and able to give varying options of the company's product to make the customer make informed decisions. I have learnt a lot about renting with his guidance and I am particular excited with his service. I will always recommend Beresford Adams anyday. The property I am currently living is managed by the company, and they seem to have fantastic landlords too, who form great relationships with their tenants. I am indeed a happy customer.
