After struggling against many barriers with other lettings agents due to the unique nature of my self-employment, I'd begun to lose hope of ever renting a property. This all changed this month thanks to Jamie at Beresford Adams who has been a genuine and sincere help in my journey to find a place to rent and indeed today got me an application with a landlord! It's not just finding a place, the level of help I've been provided by Jamie and everyone else at Beresford Adams is unparalleled and it's genuinely reinstated some of my faith in humanity. I would HIGHLY recommend, especially if you're self-employed!

We have a lovely experience with Beresford Adams. Letting Negotiator Jamie Moorhouse was very kind ,very accommodating, knowledgeable and very helpful. Jamie helping us what are the things we needed to do, explaining about the details of the requirements for letting. He keep in touch whenever something needed . Other staff in the office also very kind and helpful when Jamie was not around. Thumbs up to all the staff of Beresford Adams.

Unprofessional behaviour! Terrible service! They haven’t got my deposit back for 1.5 months! The landlord approved on the day I moved out that the full amount of the deposit would be paid back, but the agency pretended that it was not! It is better to work with another company! Now I have to contact all of them a lot of times as they do nothing to change this situation!

Ffion Williams from Beresford Adams Letting was very helpful in helping us secure our rented property. She helped with the paperwork relating to insurance, utilities and references , gave sound advise to ensure we were the tenants of choice and followed through on some remedial work before we moved into the property also ensuring regular communications throughout the process.

Since we are now based in the South East, Beresford Adams worked with us to make sure we could get all testing and certificates completed without us having to do any more than organise the various engineers to collect and drop the keys off at the office. They were also very helpful and quick to find us a new buyer when our initial one dropped out at the very last minute.

My partner and I recently rented a new place. We were so lucky to get to work with Bryn Griffith. He was so attentive, easy to communicate with and just simply kind! When we went to Bereford Adams we were already quite desperate we won't find a place. Every agent we met until this point was almost uninterested in what we were looking for. Bryn was the first one who actually listened and even when one of the landlords didnt choose us, he came with another suggestion for a property that suited us perfectly! Thanks, Bryn! Hopefully will have the chance to work with you again in the future!
