Just bought our first home through Beresford Adams in Chester and couldn't be happier with the service. Aimee and Fin have been absolutely amazing, always professional, friendly, and quick to help with anything we needed. Even when our solicitor wasn’t the easiest to deal with, they stayed calm, supportive, and kept everything moving. Genuinely grateful for all their hard work and would highly recommend!

Beresford Adams (Holyhead branch) marketed and attempted to sell me an unmortgageable property; and then left me high & dry with countless survey and legal fees to pay. The property had no leases, and was only ever a cash only purchase, that failed to be declared by the agent over an 11 month period of my attempting to purchase. No help. No support in the end, simply "we can't help you anymore; I think you are stuck really". A year, and a ton of money, into the £1000s wasted ! Wholly Unprofessional ! Worst Estate Agent ever !

Buying a house it’s was the greatest pleasure dealing with Zoe and Cary’s they were so understanding and dealt with everything they possibly could speaking with our solicitor secretary on our behalf etc . GoogleWe desperately needed to move closer to where wifey works and Beresford Adams did the magic. I felt their passion to genuinely provide solution all the way. It started from my first conversation with Samantha, to viewing time with Lisa and phone conversation with other staff of Beresford Adams. GoogleI can't fault Chris. From the outset Chris went above and beyond to ensure a smooth transition from a flexible to a more secure fixed-rate mortgage. The new mortgage will save money and provide much needed peace of mind during the present economic climate. Chris was very sympathetic towards my current situation and was able to secure a new mortgage that met my needs perfectly. There is no doubt that I will consult Chris again when my mortgage needs reviewing.
