Absolute godsend, me and my mum went in to the estate agent, thinking of moving to Wales from Manchester, Julie went far and beyond to help us with what we are looking for, she welcomed us, friendly and polite all the way. Always a quick response if we had emailed the office, always communicated with us, via text email and phone call. Shona was also friendly and polite, both Julie and Shona made conversation. Thank you both so much to you both for everything you are doing.

I can't fault Chris. From the outset Chris went above and beyond to ensure a smooth transition from a flexible to a more secure fixed-rate mortgage. The new mortgage will save money and provide much needed peace of mind during the present economic climate. Chris was very sympathetic towards my current situation and was able to secure a new mortgage that met my needs perfectly. There is no doubt that I will consult Chris again when my mortgage needs reviewing.

I’ve had an incredibly frustrating experience with Beresford Adams and would strongly advise others to steer clear. Despite numerous emails, they have consistently failed to respond, and every promise of a call back has been completely ignored. It's now been over three months since I moved out, and they are still withholding my housing deposit without any clear explanation or resolution. Their communication is nonexistent, and the lack of accountability is unacceptable. Avoid this agency if you value your time, money, and peace of mind.

Shocking service from these put house up for sale last year ended up taking it bk off the market doing viewings for people that couldn't actually buy or wasn't in a position to buy And also doing alot of them myself. Instead of these doing what there payed to do the signage guy broke not one but two off my concrete posts these was informed nothing was done to replace or repair can never speak to who you ask for just terrible service in general Used there mortgage advisor on my first property purchase biggest mistake I ever made basically seen me coming three years on a shit deal AVOID THESE AT ALL COSTS

I strongly advise against using this agency to manage any property. In my experience, they have consistently demonstrated a complete lack of capability in handling even basic responsibilities. From withholding funds without clear explanation, to failing to take or provide accurate meter readings, their service has been disorganised and frustrating. Every time you contact them for information, no one seems to know what’s going on, and promises of a callback are rarely, if ever, fulfilled. There is a clear lack of accountability, with staff turnover so high that it's impossible to know who is managing what. You’re constantly being passed from one person to another with no resolution in sight. In short, they are not equipped to manage properties in a professional or reliable manner. AVOID at any cost !!!!
