GoogleGuy and the team of ladies working for me were the best. After losing my Husband and deciding to move nearer to my family, they all did everything for me, from taking the key and doing the viewings to the end result, enabling me to be near my family many miles away while they sold my house. I cannot praise them enough, they truly are the most fantastic people to work with.

GoogleSelling your home is one of the most stressful times of your life as well all know and when you have a property that is unusual that can add to the challenges. Andrew Grant however were by my our side every step of the way. We have truly had a team experience of fantastic dedicated individuals. Initially, Jo Black lead the video and marketing of the property, Co-ordinating the viewing drive at our home. The contact we received from Jo was detailed, professional but above all friendly and constant. Even when we had sold, Jo constantly checked in with me to make sure we were happy, real pleasure to work with. We had several viewings mainly led by Sue who was interested in all the period details at our home making the viewings very dynamic. We felt Sue had really grasped how unique our home was and presented it with real care and enthusiasm. It took a while to sell our home which we were prepared for but the team remained focused throughout the journey. Once sold we then mainly dealt with Louise. Louise stepped our experience of AG onto another level. Our buyers wanted to move in quickly and we decided on a pre Christmas exchange, we never thought we would realistically managed to complete as well. Louise was on the phone with me daily, not only that several times a day. She Co ordinated both sides with incredible professionalism and really pushed the Solicitors daily. Without Louise I genuinely don’t think we would have completed with such ease. She alone reduced my stress levels when hitting some bumps in the journey and helped guide me every step of the way, always making me feel like nothing was too much trouble. The whole team at AG were truly fantastic. I would recommend working with team 100% and will only use them in the future. I wish the whole team a fabulous Christmas and huge thanks from my family.

GoogleMy girlfriend and I have been renting a property through Andrew Grant for 3-4 years now and I can honestly say that it has been a great experience every step of the way. From Arranging the inspections of the property too the safety checks has been a seamless process from start to finish. On the rare occasions we needed to report either a repair that needed doing or just to get reassurance that things are going smoothly they have always been at the end of a phone and quick to reply to emails. As an example we needed an error on the boiler sorting out and I got in contact with Sharon Hawkeswood and everything was set up to diagnose and repair the issue. We can't thank her enough for her quick and professional response especially because of the impending cold weather approaching. Anyone looking to rent a property I can't recommend Andrew Grant and their staff highly enough.

Guy was extremely efficient, very knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble however, a special mention goes to Tonia who was absolutely outstanding. She supported me throughout my house purchase and her communication skills are phenomenal. To me Tonia and Guy are a valued members of the Andrew Grant team and a huge thank you to them both. GoogleCharlie was absolutely fantastic, as is Tara. They were both highly professional and driven and probably the only reason we’re in our new home, having dealt with utter incompetence everywhere else. I highly recommend them, they’re very hands on and very competent.

Friendly and able to offer a good service once the tenants have moved in too. Will , Abi and Lara have been brilliant in coordinating the move smoothly. Would definitely recommend their services!

GoogleI was lucky to have the great team at Andrew Grant working with me to guide me through the process of renting a property recently. The added complication was that I was doing this long distance from California! The whole team of Tracey Richardson, Will Burgoyne and Abigail Hill were fantastic - very responsive to my multiple emails, providing detailed and accurate information, and guided me through the whole process. It was great to finally meet them all in person a few weeks ago. I highly recommend Andrew Grant and this very professional team.

Angela, thank you so much for taking time from your day out to explain the issue you had with our service, namely an out of office email reply that left you without optional contacts and therefore rather stranded. As a result we are producing a standard template for all employees with two contact names and details should support be required. It was good to hear that you were otherwise very pleased with our service and thank you again for bringing this important detail to our notice.

You will however recall that we kept you fully informed of the situation although as you will remember, updates were made difficult by the landlord's absence abroad. GoogleInitial handling was very good. However when complications arose, the standard of contact diminished. On completion day, we were informed we would be met at the new address with the keys being delivered by andrew grant in person. However, we completed at 3.15 and had to wait until 4.30 for the key to be dropped off by an employee of andrew grant as he was out with his grandchildren in bridgenorth for the afternoon. Totally unprofessional and not a satisfactory conclusion to a very stressful day!
We are pleased that you were happy with our initial handling of the purchase process but naturally sorry and concerned that you were ultimately unhappy at the conclusion. As we tried to explain to you during your call to us prior to lodging this review, we have no control over the precise timing of when a completion will take place. This is in the hands of the vendor’s lawyers, the buyer’s lawyers and the buyer’s lender (where there is one). In the event, you will recall that there were a number of issues that confronted the lawyers and that the exchange date was also delayed by your last minute request for a plumbing inspection of the property before agreeing to finalise. This was carried out at the vendors expense and a dripping tap was fixed along with a couple of other minor issues. Consequently, the completion date was even more uncertain than usual and when it did go through our key holder was on a half day off with his family. Nevertheless, he interrupted this time off and drove forty-five minutes at very short notice to deliver your key. We are sorry you consider this unprofessional and we really hesitate to be defensive, however we are not sure that we could have done more under the circumstances.

GoogleI have just had to re-let my property and the staff have been great, renovations including a leaking roof and overgrown garden have been repaired, the interior has ben painted and a new tenant was installed earlier this week. It has been a genuine pleasure working with the lettings staff and they have at all times been responsive and highly professional.
