GoogleThe front desk staff/personnel were great, but when things started going wrong, we struggled to get the information we needed. It was a complicated sale, and there were issues with the original listing's accuracy, and subsequent difficulties as a result of miscommunication between the seller, their conveyancer and Andrew Grant's team.
I've taken some more time to consider the process, and spoken with the management team, and have gained a little more insight into the specific challenges they faced when dealing with a difficult sale. As a result, i'm ammending my original review, and leaving a neutral 3-star score.
I'd like to thank the manager for taking the time to reach out, and share more of their process and the issues they faced. There were problems with the seller, their conveyancer, and yes, the agent as well, but it would be unfair to place the bulk of the blame on Andrew Grant's team.

Thank you for your candid assessment and as you know we are sorry that we didn’t assess the very complex and unique legal circumstances surrounding your purchase as well as we might. As we discussed, the legal obstacles that faced the purchase were exceptional and were principally a matter for lawyers (some who refused to act in the matter). In hindsight, despite over two hundred communications with various parties, we failed to fully present our analysis of the situation with you as we could have. However, the sale of this property has given us the experience to enable better support to buyers were such a situation to arise again. In the meantime, we are very pleased that you finally acquired the property and do hope you are very happy there. Finally, thank you for the courtesy you showed in discussing this most unusual situation.
