She had huge empathy & patience with his individual needs. She did not rush him or pressurise him. GoogleWorking with Will on the letting of our family home was a very positive experience. We were relocating to the US but wanted to keep our home should we choose to return. Will was a pleasure to communicate with, he understood our situation and was incredibly flexible with our needs.
We were dealt with professionally but warmly. The paperwork etc was sorted smoothly and Will, especially, understood our expectations. Fortunately the interest in our house was huge and we soon had tenants. Again the legalities were sorted promptly and we were very happy with those choosing to rent our house.
Since our relocation all queries have been communicated promptly and courteously, taking the stress out of an already stressful life changing move.
I would strongly recommend Will and team if you are looking to rent out a property.

GoogleWe recently used the Andrew Grant for marketing our property for Lettings. They were really good at getting initial interest in our property on both occasions.
The whole process was smooth and Andrew Grant managed all of the viewings from start to finish and providing us with feedback from all viewings and details of interested parties so that we could review. We do feel that they could improve in making sure the interested parties are aware of the property capability/suiting to ensure that the property would suit their needs.
Vetting financially was amazing and pretty quick once we had chosen the new tenant.

FacebookWe sold 2 previous properties with Andrew Grant and therefore didn't hesitate to use them again.
Vicky listened to our requirements and kept us in the loop as to what was available in the area we wanted. When we were told that the house we dreamt of having but missed out on ( we weren't sold ) was available , we didn't hesitate to go for it.
We moved in last week.
It's been a rocky month or so but Tonia , at case progression, kept us in the loop and ensured all throughout the long chain were up to date with the same information. She went above and beyond with her communication and negotiating skills and is a credit to Andrew Grant.
If it wasn't for Vicky being aware of what we were after, we would have missed out again. We would definitely recommend Andrew Grant to anyone thinking of selling. As it's not just about getting the accepted offer. Afterwards to completion is a different matter altogether and thats were Andrew Grant stand out alone. Thanks again to you both. 🙂

FacebookWe chose Andrew Grant's Worcester branch. They were professional and efficient throughout. Things were done quickly and to good standard. The sales blurb and supporting photography they did was all very good and they clearly have a good reach in terms of sales contacts. We had a lot of viewings very quickly. As a result, we got a very good price for the house and any delays in the sale came from waiting on solicitors or other parties, not Andrew Grant. We were kept informed and were always able to contact them and get quick replies on all matters. I feel we made the right decision to chose Andrew Grant and would certainly do so again without hesitation.
