GoogleI have now used the Durham team for 3 successful house sales in recent years and I would totally recommend the service they provide. I find them approachable and importantly highly efficient and professional in all dealings. Nicky, as my first and ongoing contact is always friendly and well informed on the progress of the sale, Ian gives honest and accurate market value and advice , Sue is completely on top of the importnat relationship with the buyer and Dominic is always ready to help in all aspects of the process. I have used a number of Estate Agents in Durham over the years and I feel these break the mould in terms of excellence in customer service and professionalism. GoogleI had a really good selling experience with Your Move and would thoroughly recommend this Estate Agency to others. A very professional and friendly service was provided by all from the start, from the valuation carried out by Ian, to the viewings conducted by Mike and Dominic and the support given by Nicky, Annaleigh and Chera-Lise. The communication was excellent and Dominic, who accompanied me for most of the viewings, was very reassuring and helpful throughout. Selling a house is a very stressful undertaking but the stress and anxiety have been much alleviated by the staff at Your Move Durham. Thank you.

GoogleI have used Hazel and her team on more than one occasion as they are excellent, I had my apartment up for sale for only 2 days before they found a buyer, just fantastic, through the selling process they could not be more friendly and helpful, such a professional set up, this has been such a positive experience thanks to their help.

GoogleAgreed on an appartment Viewing at 11. Made lots of arrangements and travelled a long distance to be there on time . Recieved multiple email and text confirmation, even contacted them by phone 2 days before the viewing to confirm timing and that the viewing is going ahead. To our surprise, no one showed up after an hour of chasing we were told the agents car is not working snd they are trying to fix it! And hour later not even an apology.
