GoogleRented out my house, never done it before - Gail did a fantastic job and her team are brilliant!!! So, my wife and I needed to move away for work and we were a bit worried about keeping the mortgage going by ourselves so we contacted Yourmove. Gail came to our house to scope out the options and give us all the details. She left us to think it over and after a week we knew what we were going to do: Fully Managed, unfurnished and rent insurance all giving us peace of mind. The team took us through the landlord responsibilities and gave us some options for local contractors, but also allowed us to go find our own. I’ve engaged a national company, but left feeling like I have a personal service by local experts who understand my concerns, priorities and preferences. It’s a tough decision to let your home go to be rented, so it’s important to have someone hold your hand and have that peace of mind, they have your best interest at heart. I get the impression they look after tenants too and this is also very important. I’ve left a home in good hands, with a brand new gas boiler and heating system to keep the tenants safe and warm this coming winter. I’m very sure I’ll be coming back to this property in a couple years and Gail and her team are the ones to help me. If you’re first time renters I hope you found this helpful. GoogleGail and the team are amazing. Always ready to support in any way that they can. They go above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly and you can get on with everything else knowing your interests are in good hands. Gail and the team are always on hand to offer advice and guidance as necessary. Admittedly, not the cheapest out there but you definitely get what you pay for. I have just renewed my agreement with Gail and the team and, if it continues in this stead, I will not hesitate to do so again.

GoogleFrom my first contact with Your Move West Denton I’ve got nothing but praise for the staff. They work tirelessly to help me. Dealing with both my purchase and sale. Louise was so lovely when she visited my home to do my valuation. Ashley and Shannon always so friendly when answering my calls and Abigail is there to help me every step of the way making the sale process so easy and stress free for me. Abigail’s knowledge and expertise gives me the confidence to know I’m in safe hands. I’d definitely recommend them.

GoogleI have recently rented a beautiful country cottage from YOUR MOVE CHRIS STONOCK Durham City office . In my experience the agency leaves their competitors standing .Their transparency , efficiency and honesty impressed me greatly . Chera - Lise Robinson walked me through the seamless procedure, accompanied me on two visits to the property and introduced me to the Landlord at a meeting she set up .Chera- Lise is a consummate professional and a credit to the agency . Believe in love after love , very very impressed.

GoogleWe had been looking for a property for over a year, having had many viewings with multiple Estate Agents, and hands down the best experience we had was with Dominic at Your Move Durham. Dominic kept us informed of the market, called us regularly with updates (as did other members of the team in his absence), was very honest, sincere, professional and overall a genuinely decent person. Dominic gave us a very personable service without being a pushy sales guy or telling us what we wanted to hear. We are so pleased we manage to buy a property with Dominic at Your Move. The market needs more estate agents like Dominic and Your Move, absolute pleasure working with him and would recommend them to family and friends.

GoogleI really can't recommend the Chester-le-Street team at Your Move enough. Julia had the initiative to contact me about a house she thought would interest me. Julia, Sharon, and Emily were super supportive with the purchase and the sale of my property. John was very patient and supportive with a difficult sale of my property. He liaised with my solicitors and the buyers solicitors, taking the pressure off me. They all responded promptly to calls and emails. They were all there to help from.start to finish. This is the 3rd house I've sold through this team. I wouldn't go anywhere else and can't thank them all enough.

GoogleMichelle and her team were so very helpful. They actually invited us into the office to help us to complete our initial questionnaires, their help and their advice with these was invaluable. They also sent documents over to our solicitor, as and when we requested. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We were kept up to date at all times throughout the entire process. Michelle, and each member of staff, were professional, approachable and genuinely friendly. We both want to say a big THANK YOU to everyone, we certainly couldn't have done this without you.
