We initiated our experience with them when we were looking for a short term rental and to purchase our permanent home. From the first moment, everyone was so welcoming, patient. They took the time to listen to our situation(New to the UK), and spent time answering all our questions and explaining things that are new to us. Ultimately we did not end up Renting or Buying through the office, no fault of theirs it’s just the way it worked out. We have now settled and have returned to the office. This time for a different reason. We are now in a different place and are looking to buy investment properties. Due to our exceptional experience the first time, Right Move is the first/only Estate Agent that came to mind to revisit. Again our experience was duplicated. Helen and Julia spent the time needed for us to walk away feeling taken care of.
