GoogleI had a really positive experience with Sarah and the team throughout my house purchase. Sarah was particularly helpful and always very quick to respond, which I really appreciated when trying to get everything organised during the purchase. Jess and Sarah were also always friendly and helpful whenever I spoke to them on the phone. Estate agents often have a bad reputation, and I’ve personally had some very poor experiences with estate agents in the past. However, I genuinely didn’t have a single negative experience with Sarah and the team during my purchase. They were friendly, helpful, responsive and made the whole process as straightforward as possible. A special thank you to Sarah and Jess for all their help. I’d definitely recommend them.

GoogleWe sold our flat that’s been in the family for years so didn’t have a clue were to start from the very first day every single member of staff that I’ve dealt with has been lovely and refreshing very professional and made it easy and comfortable as possible anything I didn’t know or understand they have talked me through it rang when they needed something rang on the days they said love has been so much easier with putting our trust in to your move nothing was a bother to anyone it’s been a pleasure and I’d definitely recommend your move all day long thanks a lot for everything x

She was on the phone to solicitors pushing things through. The seller told me they had used her services previously and i can see why people return. Top marks for julia.

GoogleFurther to Diane's (below - our buyer) 5 star rating I felt the need to balance this out. Absolutely horrible experience dealing with this agent from start to finish, especially Sharon. Delay after delay, confusing and contradictory statement depending on who you spoke to that day. Never called back when they said they would. Kept saying they couldn't chase the chain when that isn't true. Didn't even know about the situation at the bottom of the chain, i.e an extra link, yet our vendor's estate agent knew. Got the green light in writing from them that the chain was ready so booked movers, only to be told 2 days later they had no idea if the bottom of the chain was ready. Cost us £1000 and refused to entertain any sort of refund for either the moving fees or their abject services. It was all lovely until we had an offer on the house, after that they clearly assumed their job was done and were quite happy to wait for their fee no matter how long it took. I was clear from day one that I expected them to be chasing people to make sure this sale went through as quick as possible as the top of the chain had a deadline. They were so happy to say "yes yes yes" until they had what they needed then decided to do nothing. The day before moving I was asked to drop the keys off, which I refused as things weren't finalised, then on the actual moving day I was told by another member of staff to wait until everything had gone through. They clearly don't talk to each other about their own ventures. I wish we had gone with their competitor.
