She was right and we had an offer within 1 week. We accepted the offer and completed shortly after. Can't recommend Your Move enough. The team at Your Move acted as agents selling our family home after 71 years. It is a beautiful, one-off property which, despite being in overall sound condition, did need modernising for today's market expectations. Not your average, run of the mill sale. We chose Your Move on the recommendation of the previous agent, who was retiring. For that suggestion, and his Sterling work before that, we must thank Bill. The care and attention we received from Sharon, Julia and John throughout the whole process was first rate. I’ve had a wonderful experience with the agents here, everyone I met has been incredibly helpful and kind. Gail, in particular, was amazing, guiding me through the entire renting process with patience and expertise, especially as someone new to UK housing policies. Though it’s not directly related to the agency, I also want to highlight how welcoming and friendly my landlord and neighbours have been, making me feel right at home in this community. The only small area for improvement would be the maintenance/repair service. Generally, they’re able to schedule and complete repairs within 1-3 weeks, but there was one instance of a leak that took four months to fully resolve.
