GoogleThe team at Your Move acted as agents selling our family home after 71 years. It is a beautiful, one-off property which, despite being in overall sound condition, did need modernising for today's market expectations. Not your average, run of the mill sale. We chose Your Move on the recommendation of the previous agent, who was retiring. For that suggestion, and his Sterling work before that, we must thank Bill. The care and attention we received from Sharon, Julia and John throughout the whole process was first rate. Because none of our family now live in the North East, we had to rely on the team to handle all aspects of the sales process, from initial viewings onwards. Suffice to say, we've now achieved a satisfactory outcome, with the house going to a new family, who we hope will enjoy their new home for many years to come.

GoogleI can only commend Your Move in Chester-le-Street. Compared to all the other estate agents I have dealt with in Durham and Chester-le-Street they are certainly the very best in the area. In my case they had to sell a lovely end of terrace house (That I will miss) at short notice because the tenants had left. What is more, I actually live in Dunedin, Otago, which is in New Zealand, having left the UK 4 years ago. Over a distance of 21,000kms the team did an excellent job of keeping me in the loop and appraised of the situation. They were professional yet friendly and a treat to deal with whilst getting the job done. If you are thinking of buying and selling in the Chester-le-Street and North Durham area, use Your Move; they are truly the best option.

From the evaluation, where I was able to get the photographs done the same day to speed the process of the sale going online to the fantastic communication I received throughout the sale/sold stages of my property. GoogleWe recently sold our house through Your move and I can’t fault the experience at all. From James valuing our house to Chloe calling the day our house went on the market to talk through how the process would go we’ve had excellent service. Sharon and the team have been great and friendly throughout the whole process. John in the sales progressions team really helped us towards the end of the process too. We previously went with a different estate agent and had nothing but trouble but your move have been excellent. I would recommend anyone in the area to use your move when thinking about selling their home. Our house went on the market on Monday and the house was sold by the end of the week.
