GoogleI had a fantastic experience selling my property through YourMove and would happily recommend the team. From getting the property on the market through to completion, I received great support from Maddy, Angela, Annaleigh, Joanne and Nathan. The pricing structure was excellent and competitive, and communication was strong. Maddy was fantastic throughout the sale itself, responsive, helpful and proactive, and made the process feel straightforward from the outset. Thank you!! I particularly want to mention Angela, who supported me post-sale and was absolutely brilliant. The final stages of my transaction became stressful and a bit mad, due to delays elsewhere in the chain, but Angela went above and beyond to help. She chased repeatedly, kept me updated, liaised with the different parties involved and genuinely seemed as determined as I was to get everything over the line! Her support during those final weeks made a huge difference and I was incredibly grateful to have her involved.

GoogleI had a really positive experience with Sarah and the team throughout my house purchase. Sarah was particularly helpful and always very quick to respond, which I really appreciated when trying to get everything organised during the purchase. Jess and Sarah were also always friendly and helpful whenever I spoke to them on the phone. Estate agents often have a bad reputation, and I’ve personally had some very poor experiences with estate agents in the past. However, I genuinely didn’t have a single negative experience with Sarah and the team during my purchase. They were friendly, helpful, responsive and made the whole process as straightforward as possible. A special thank you to Sarah and Jess for all their help. I’d definitely recommend them.

GoogleYour Move Wallsend handled the recent sale of my daughter’s flat. The property was advertised and “ Sold” by Your Move literally within days! But that is only half the story. The buyers solicitors were “ Shocking !” , as a result the conveyance process took “ Months and Months”. We had paid up front for the transaction, hence “Your Move” could have sat back and done nothing. However this could not be further from what actually took place. Sarah, the branch manager and all the staff, Harry, Jessica, Chloe and Jess R worked tirelessly with both the future owner and ourselves to push the transaction through. They contacted the buyers solicitors on almost a daily basis, asking for updates and attempting to push the process. This was followed up by regular updates to us and the buyer. Even further to this, one of the company partners “ Darren” was brought into the equation and he proactively engaged with the buyers solicitor on our behalf. I accept this is a very wordy review, but I feel it is a valuable description for prospective users of “ Your Move” to let them know, even paying up front, the service you will get is second to none! Most people do not go through the process of buying and selling houses on a regular basis, so it is important to be very careful who you use in this process! Thank you Sarah and everyone else at “ Your Move” we really appreciate everything you did for us.

Google Total Unprofessionalism and Substandard Quality Save yourself the time and money, do not engage with Your Move Chris Stonock (West Denton branch). The level of service here is shockingly poor. After providing exact, detailed instructions on four separate occasions, the work sent through email was utterly substandard and reflected a complete lack of basic professional competence. Requests for a simple quality review were ignored every single time. The branch environment itself is completely chaotic, disciplined-free, and unprofessional. Staff appear indifferent to client requirements and seem far more interested in personal group chats and distractions than delivering acceptable work. If you are looking for an agency that follows basic client instructions, maintains professional standards, or respects your time, look elsewhere. This branch is unfit for purpose and I strongly advise potential customers to take their business to a reputable firm.
