GoogleAvoid at All Costs Absolutely terrible experience with Your Move Rowlands Gill. Communication is shockingly poor, getting a response out of them is like pulling teeth. Completely unresponsive to emails and phone calls. They even had the audacity to chase the tenant for rent that had already been paid. It’s clear there’s no proper governance or internal communication. Totally unprofessional and disorganised from start to finish. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid using them.
