GoogleWe recently sold our flat with Sarah and her team at Your Move Wallsend and the service from the whole team, particularly Sarah, was outstanding from start to finish. We decided to go with Sarah and her team due to her friendly and transparent approach during the first meeting and she did not let us down, with offers coming in within the first week. Sarah and her team provided regular updates and went above and beyond to keep everything on track, even when unexpected delays and challenges cropped up outside of their control. From the start, Sarah genuinely cared about achieving the best outcome for us. She was available for an email or call at any time in the day and I know she was the same for the Buyer on the other side, providing reassurance across the board. I couldn’t ask for anything more from Sarah, Kay, Jess R and the rest of their team and would without question recommend them to anyone thinking of selling their home in the Gosforth/Killingworth area. GoogleEveryone at Your Move - Chris Stonick estate agents were so professional and helpful.I was overwhelmed by the prospect of having to complete the application for the rental property. I'm 70 and not great with filling applications online, my grandson is dyslexic so between us, we struggle. There was no hesitation to invite us in and help us to complete the "dreaded" form. All interactions with the staff, whether by phone or in person, were friendly and professional. A special mention to Penny and Kirsry who both helped with the forms xx

GoogleWe have just moved to the area having purchased our forever home with Your Move Crawcrook . Katrina was an absolute Star from the onset . Had she not been so eager to help and “ go the extra mile “ we wouldn’t be here now that’s for certain . We can’t speak highly enough about her . She’s professional with a friendly manner but what is clearly apparent is her knowledge of her industry . Not an issue she couldn’t resolve and fast at that with her proactive approach & speedy feedback . She constantly reassured me everything was on track with the timings of our purchase and she was spot on with it all . The purchase of a home is a stressful matter but Katrina certainly made ours a lot easier along the way . We also had regular check in calls with updates .
