GoogleSat on the sofa with my post move pizza and need to give a big thanks to the Yourmove team! And a big emphasis on “Team”, each time I called the office and spoke to Ella, Susan, Julie, Tracey, Tom or Helen, they knew what was going on with my case. And if they didn’t , they were incredibly proactive in getting the information to put our minds to rest or move the process forwards. Would I use them again? 100%, you get a first class service. There are parts of the house move process that can be stressful, but none of those were ever caused by the Yourmove team. Thank you all for helping up make the next step in our life.

GoogleThis is the first time I have had to sell a property, and I was told it was one of the most stressful things you can do in your life, thankfully this was not the case using Your Move in Consett. From the first phone call I had with them I felt assured they were the right choice, when they originally visited to value the property they explained and answered all my questions clearly, throughout the sale I was kept updated and since I couldn't make many appointments myself they were there to assist which was great. The entire team at Consett were fantastic but I would like to mention Penny, Sam and Carol in particular who I dealt with mostly throughout the sale who went above and beyond each and every time I needed them. To sum up, as you have probably guessed, I would highly recommend Your Move Consett if you are looking to sell your property, you will not be disappointed.

GoogleCan honestly say after dealing with many estate agents over the years the team at Your Move Wallsend are absolutely fantastic. The manager Sarah leads a fantastic team Jess, Chloe, Harry & Jess. They have gone above & beyond helping me sell my property quickly & purchase my new home. Nothing has been too much trouble for them. The personal service is fantastic as they have kept me up to date every step of the way & advised me when & what needs to be done. The team has given the best professional service whilst being the friendliest & is clear to see how amazing they all work together. I honestly can’t praise them high enough & will be recommending to all family & friends as I have 100% trust in them. They have made such a stressful situation go so smoothly I haven’t had to worry about a thing. GoogleTwo years ago, I had a very positive first impression of Your Move Wallsend. Unfortunately, contrary to my initial belief, my experience over the past year and a half has been extremely disappointing. As both a landlord and later as a seller, I faced ongoing issues, unexpected and continuous charges, and a general lack of transparency. The service quality declined significantly, and I felt let down on multiple occasions. What started as a promising professional relationship turned into a very frustrating experience. Based on my long-term experience, I would not recommend Your Move to anyone.
