With regard to the photography fee, this was clearly outlined upfront and forms part of a professional marketing package that many agencies charge for, either transparently at the outset or later within their fees. There was no obligation to proceed if this did not suit your preferences. We’re pleased to hear that you were ultimately able to sell your property through another agent and wish you all the best moving forward. We do, however, feel it is unfortunate that these concerns were not raised with us at the time, as we are always open to feedback and opportunities to address any issues directly.
