I was contacted immediately after filling in the online form to request a valuation for my Mum’s house after she recently passed away. The lady I spoke to was so kind and friendly and booked the valuer in to visit straight away. He was also very friendly, compassionate and professional and we all very much appreciated that, particularly as the family are going through a difficult time. Even though we do not have immediate plans to sell the property, Your Move provided a prompt written valuation free of charge in order to support us with the probate process. Other estate agents do not offer this service and as a consequence I wouldn’t even consider using them when the time comes to sell the house. Your Move Durham, specifically James, Annaleigh and Maddy, have been incredibly helpful, kind and understanding throughout the process. Their professionalism and compassion have made what could have been a difficult and stressful process much easier for our family, and we are extremely grateful for their help. I highly recommend Your Move to anyone in need of an estate agent for any reason.

GoogleThe crew at Your Move have been unbelievable. As my daughter was relocating from Canada we faced lots of hurdles trying to locate and confirm a rental unit. After a number of failures with other firms Joanne from Your Move stepped on to help us locate, confirm and occupy a beautiful apartment in the vicinity my daughter wanted to be in. The things the team of Joanne, Annaleigh, Maddy, Angela and Kate did to make this a success are too many to list but the whole process going through right to rent to having the space cleaned, fixed and ready for us to move in was a huge amount of work but they stepped us through every part of it. I can’t say enough about what an amazing job they did in getting our daughter settled in her new place. Highly recommend. A terrific team.
