From the initial call Your Move Wallsend were brilliant, booked a appointment with Jessica for the house appraisal and valuation, the whole process was made simple, her knowledge and enthusiasm encouraging and reassuring, but as we know people can walk the walk, but in reality can they talk the talk... A resounding yes. Marketing exceptional, communication exceptional, delivering on the promise and leaving no stones unturned unquestionable. Special thanks to Jessica, Harry, Chloe, Sarah, and Jess R. Well done and thank you for making a stressful experience actually nice. House was sold in record time, the expected price was exceeded so very Happy.

I have sold a few homes and have never had such an amazing experience. Libby rang continually to update us on progress. When problems arose she would always chase it up and report back. The other girls in the office Terri , Louise, Ashley , Shannon and were just as happy to help in anyway they could . What a wonderful team they have in West Denton Libby I will miss our chats . Thank you all for your support in what is a very stressful experience . If I could give them a higher score I would .

I recently sold my property through Your Move Estate Agents and couldn’t be happier with the service I received. All the team, Terri, Louise, Shannon, Ashley, and Libby, were friendly, approachable, professional, and very efficient in arranging viewings and keeping things progressing smoothly. However, Terri who was assigned to my sale, truly stands out as exceptional. From start to finish, she went above and beyond in every possible way. Selling a property can be stressful, especially when delays arise, but Terri was an absolute rock throughout. She kept me calm, reassured, and consistently went the extra mile to make sure I was fully informed at every stage. Her communication was outstanding, clear, proactive, and incredibly reliable. At times, she was actually keeping me more up to date than my own solicitors, which says everything about her dedication and professionalism. On top of that, she was simply a pleasure to deal with, warm, approachable, and genuinely invested in achieving the best outcome. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble for her. Excellent service from your move Crawcrook! A special mention and thankyou to Katrina for all her help and assistance. On first contact there was a possibility that the property has already been let, however Katrina took the time to contact the landlady to confirm who accepted a viewing the next day. After viewing the process of beginning the tenancy was handled efficiently, quickly and when problems arose during the process Katrina worked hard to find solutions to facilitate the move. Thank you for all your help, very much appreciate it and I would recommend this estate agent to anyone looking to rent in the area!

How can i put this, the team at Your Move in Houghton le Spring could not be any more helpful than they were, the women who work there, Leighanne, Rachel and Rachael, were patient, and went above and beyond to help us, even though my husband had been a bit of a pain in the first instance about viewing the property. Me makeing apointments to view properties then cancelling them, then making appointments to review the property, we are now in the throws of buying, they work as a great team, they seem to help each other out where needed, and i can't miss out Dave who was in the office when we called last week, he was very nice as well.
