GoogleWhat a joy for two elderly people searching for a home to come across an estate agent of the quality of this one.Without exception this branch has staff who really care about the service they give you and that reflects in the atmosphere of the office and its combined approach to potential customers. In particular we must mention Rachel Smiles who received the short straw with us ,but handled it with patience , an ever listening ear and an always prepared to go to go the extra mile attitude. GoogleFive star service My husband and I used the services provided by Rachel and David in the Houghton Le Spring office to gain a sales valuation. We have recently had extensive work carried out on our property and were debating whether now was the time to sell it or stay for a while longer. The service that we experienced was far superior to other agents we have used in the past. Rachel has a lovely friendly manner and is very easy to talk to and has a thorough knowledge of her job. When David came to give us the valuation he was very smart and punctual which is a plus point in my book. He talked us through all the pros and cons, he had an extensive knowledge of the local area and of the estate agent business. I would not hesitate to use this company again I would definitely recommend to friends and family. Five star service, thanks again.

GoogleYour Move Rowland's Gill where a joy to deal with. In a very stressful time Abi one of the agents there was extremely helpful, kind and her customer service was impeccable. Made me feel at ease and the process stress free. Visited the branch and everyone was lovely.
