GoogleAvoid at all costs if you actually want to sell your home. There are considerably better agents in Durham to sell with and at half the price and ten times the marketing acumen. These are Just a waste of time and money. The sales pitch was nice even if it was expensive and full of empty promises.

GoogleAfter spending nearly 10 months with another agent we didnt get many veiwings so we decided to change agents and it was the best decision we made. Our experience of Your Move was entirely positive. Everyone we dealt with was knowledgeable and professional but also very personable which made the whole process of selling our home as stress free as that can be. Mandy, the manager and the rest of the team worked tirelessly to keep us and all the parties informed. They responded really well, promptly and efficiently, to requests for assistance, or just to move things along. This could not have been a better service. GoogleFive star service My husband and I used the services provided by Rachel and David in the Houghton Le Spring office to gain a sales valuation. We have recently had extensive work carried out on our property and were debating whether now was the time to sell it or stay for a while longer. The service that we experienced was far superior to other agents we have used in the past. Rachel has a lovely friendly manner and is very easy to talk to and has a thorough knowledge of her job. When David came to give us the valuation he was very smart and punctual which is a plus point in my book. He talked us through all the pros and cons, he had an extensive knowledge of the local area and of the estate agent business. I would not hesitate to use this company again I would definitely recommend to friends and family. Five star service, thanks again.
