We've just received a superb service from the team at Your Move in Durham. We purchased a repossession which had a lot of time pressures involved. Mandy, the manager and the rest of the team worked tirelessly to keep us and all the parties informed. They are good , but charges and fees some times are ridiculous 300£ admin fees and application fees and referencing , 120£ for ending contract , 120£ for renewing contract , 120£ for changes to the contract , 120£ referencing ( open rent does all that for 20£!)

We were first time buyers, not really knowing anything about the process. Your move were really helpful but particularly John. We had some obstacles in our sale and without johns hard work we might still have been waiting for some solutions. He was always so helpful and understanding. It was very stressful but without johns help it would have been so much more stress. The ladies at the office were also lovely. After a very stressful “moving day” long story short we didn’t get our keys until 10 min to closing at 5:50 on Friday, the ladies at the office said they would wait for us, as we sat in traffic so we could actually move over the weekend. Our solicitors and others won’t get such a good review.. however I would like to thank John for his great service and caring nature he did go above and beyond to help us.

The Your Move teams at Chester le Street and Houghton-le-Spring recently handled the sale of my father's house after he passed away earlier this year. I have to say the service we received was excellent considering our circumstances. The staff at both branches were receptive and compassionate and did everything they could to get the property sold for us as quickly as possible.
