GoogleBought a house from your move they didn't collect keys from family neighbours so we had to ask for them and they took a week to remove sign after we move in
Thank you for you feedback, we do aim to collect all spare keys and outhouse keys in from sellers for completion and we will take your comments on board.

GoogleI recently sold my house through Your Move Whickham branch and I can’t speak highly enough with regards to Hazel and the team there, particularly Sheila. Nothing was too much trouble, everyone I spoke to at the Whickham branch were always a pleasure to speak to, extremely professional and not like any other estate agent I’ve dealt with. I felt all the team there know the market, allowing me to sell my house quickly so I could move to my dream home. If you are thinking of selling your home, use this agency!

GoogleI use Your Move Whickham as property management agents . The service from Bethany Phillips and the team has been friendly & highly professional. They find me excellent new tenants almost before the previous tenants leave , therefore there’s only a very short interval for any refurbishment. This is what every landlords wants.I can’t recommend them more highly.

GoogleFriendly, professional and great service. Since the day I rang them to arrange my viewing until the day I moved in, I was very impressed with the friendliness and the professionalism. Bethany was very friendly and helpful, she made sure everything went smoothly and well with my moving. Great service and communication, everything very clear and recorded via email which is great. Also Sheila was lovely having moved into new area I haven’t a great clue with the public transport, but she was so kind and told me the best public service to the city centre. GoogleI would highly recommend your move to anyone. I would like to say how pleasant Louise was and how nice it was that she kept myself and my brother upto date with everything that was happening from the smallest details upto signing our tenancy agreement. It was also nice to be able to get in contact with her when ever we needed to and even if she was out of the office we had a same day call back without fail. Many Thanks to right move but mainly Louise for her hard work and making it happen stress free!! ?????
