I had a great experience selling my home with Your Move Crawcrook. My property was quite old and unique, so it needed a more thoughtful and tailored approach, which they absolutely delivered. Katrina was my main point of contact and was excellent throughout, incredibly understanding, patient, and always willing to go the extra mile. She took the time to really get to grips with the property and how best to present it. I also really appreciated the support from Denise, Megan, Hazel, and Alex, who all played a part in making the process run smoothly. I received lots of helpful advice along the way, from pricing to preparation, which made a big difference. They were also really strong when it came to negotiations and did a great job managing timelines, which helped keep everything on track and reduced a lot of potential stress. More generally, the whole team have a brilliant demeanour, really friendly, approachable, and easy to deal with. It was always simple to pick up the phone and speak to someone, and I never felt like I was being rushed or brushed off. Communication was consistent and clear, and I always felt supported and well-informed. Selling a more unusual home could have been stressful, but they made it feel much more manageable. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone, especially if your property needs a bit more care and attention than the standard sale.

Excellent experience with Your Move, especially Jessica and Sarah. After a bad experience with a previous estate agent who did not deliver on their promises, the difference here was huge. From the start, it felt like I was in good hands. Sarah was very knowledgeable and clearly knew exactly what she was doing. Communication from both Sarah and Jessica was incredible throughout the whole process. They always kept me updated, explained what was happening, and were always available if I needed anything. Nothing was ever too much trouble. No matter what I asked for, they were always happy to help. Sarah even offered to regularly check on my empty flat to make sure everything was OK, which really showed how much they cared. Without doubt the best estate agency I have dealt with. I rented through this branch from September 2024 to June 2025, and the experience was unacceptable from start to finish. The property went for months without proper heating, making it extremely difficult to live in. This was reported repeatedly, including the impact on health and daily living, yet no proper action was taken to resolve it. Communication was inconsistent and only happened when it suited the agency, not when issues actually needed dealing with. After leaving (which they agreed to early due to the condition of the property), I disputed the deposit immediately. What followed was months of being completely ignored. I made over 25 phone calls and sent multiple emails across several months without receiving a single response. The deposit (£1,153.84) was never returned. Instead of addressing the issue, responsibility has been avoided. Due to the lack of response and failure to resolve this properly, I have now had to open a county court claim to recover the money. This experience shows a clear lack of accountability, poor communication, and disregard for tenant welfare once a tenancy ends. Based on how this was handled, I would not trust this branch again and would strongly advise others to be cautious.
