Sharon was prompt with responses to any of our questions.They were very accommodating after our offer was accepted in letting us have access to the property to let workman in for quotes . Our house had 3 viewings & an offer within a week. This offer was accepted & everything went through smoothly. They were always there when I had a query via e mail and kept in touch with my dad via telephone and made sure we were kept up to date with the whole process every week. From day 1 both Susan Usher and Julie Akinson were attentive and diligent.
