GoogleGillian Donnison dealt with our house purchase. It was not a straight forward purchase but Gillian never failed to keep us up to date and put in a lot of time liaising between parties. I don’t believe we would have got there without her help but we now have our house and could not be happier. I highly recommend both Gillian and the Whitley bay staff. Thankyou

GoogleSarah and her team found us the right buyer at the right price with amazing speed and professionalism. Living outside the area could have posed a problem for us; but the team picked up all the slack. Popping frequently to the property to tend any issues. Even went as far as to provide lovely air freshners in the rooms. Now that is attention to detail in my book. Very well done guy's 10 out of 10 from us. Lady Routledge your a legend; thanks.
