We have just sold our house with Your move in Chester le Street and the service we received was second to none. All the staff were friendly, approachable and efficient. We had the choice of speaking to the same agent if we had wanted but they were all up to speed with what was happening it was great dealing with any of them. Once our sale was agreed John from after sales was in constant touch with us every step of the way and we still had the option of speaking to the office. Nothing was a bother and we would definetly use them again. Can't thank them enough for all their help and support (and laughs along the way)

Myself and my partner recently moved into our first amazing brand new home. The service we received from the team at Your Move, especially Julia, was second to none. From placing a deposit to secure the property right through to completion, we were always made to feel so welcome in the Branch and every member of staff always had a smile on their face and were more than happy to help. The purchase of the house went through quickly and without any issues, largely due to the staff willing to go above and beyond to ensure the process ran as smoothly as possible for us. You can tell they really do care about their customers! It has been an absolute pleasure and a great bonus working with the team at the Chester-Le-Street branch and we would like to thank them for the fantastic work they do.
