GoogleWas given regular updates throughout the buying process, made sure I never felt like I was being kept in the dark. Gillian was a great help and made sure I always knew what was going on and chased both my solicitor and the seller's solicitor to get things sorted as soon as possible.

GoogleAbsolutely rubbish service. First property viewing no agent showed up - I waited twenty minutes. Another property advertised with them that I arranged to view (reluctantly because it was with this agency!!) No-one was home when we went round at our pre-arranged time. The third one (I know I should have given up then!!) We arrived to be told the property had been sold and the owner had instructed them to cancel our viewing which your move whickham hadn't bothered to do. Avoid this agency!

GoogleProperty is the most valuable possession you’ll ever come to own on this green earth, and when dealing with it you need to work with competent, proficient, and trustworthy estate agents. The West Denton team have been absolutely excellent from start to finish. Whilst being both professional and personable, Tim, Abi, Ashleigh, and Louise have been our saviours from start to finish in what has been a very big move for us and we will never be able to thank them enough. (P.s we hope they enjoy the flowers, chocolate doughnuts, profiteroles, and Tim’s horrible Decaf tea!)

GoogleHaving rented before through a different agent, we were really surprised how quickly and efficiently everything was done with Your Move, especially in the middle of a pandemic. We dealt with Warren and couldn't fault him at all. There was a slight delay on the landlord's end and Warren went the extra mile to make sure things were done on time and we were always kept in the loop. GoogleDo not fall victim to the scam of paying deposit to have house cleaned if you have pets. You will not see your money again. I rented a property through this company for 6 years with no problems till I handed my notice in. Then the fun and games began. As advised your check out report will be carried out once you leave the property by a third party company who will compare the condition against the original inventory making allowances for fair, wear and tear during your rental period.
