Absolutely rubbish service. First property viewing no agent showed up - I waited twenty minutes. Another property advertised with them that I arranged to view (reluctantly because it was with this agency!!) No-one was home when we went round at our pre-arranged time. The third one (I know I should have given up then!!) We arrived to be told the property had been sold and the owner had instructed them to cancel our viewing which your move whickham hadn't bothered to do. Avoid this agency!
