They sold my house in a short period of time and have communicated superbly every step of the way. From valuation through to sales chasing, Ian, Nicky, Sam and Chera-Lise from Durham branch, and Sue from Sales Support, have offered an exceptional level of communication and service throughout. The effort and time they have put during the process was outstanding, and at all stages, they have done their utmost to give an insightful advice and constant update. GoogleWe wanted to leave a message to say how incredibly grateful we are to YourMove (Durham Branch) and especially to Darren and Nicky for the fantastic support that they have provided us during our move. There were a number of obstacles that we had to overcome in a protracted attempt to move that lasted nearly 2 years but through all of this time we were given lots of sensible, practical advice which really helped us at a very difficult time; Darren was so quick and kind in getting back to us whenever we had a problem or question and at every stage offered great advice and solutions. It made things so much easier and kept us sane! We just wanted to say a huge thank you - we were so impressed by the attention to detail and support offered and are delighted to say that we are now happily settled into our new house.
