GoogleDo not fall victim to the scam of paying deposit to have house cleaned if you have pets. You will not see your money again. I rented a property through this company for 6 years with no problems till I handed my notice in. Then the fun and games began. Hi Paul, Your complaint is being dealt with internally. As advised your check out report will be carried out once you leave the property by a third party company who will compare the condition against the original inventory making allowances for fair, wear and tear during your rental period. There was an issue with my moving date which left me in a difficult position and Jess did everything she could to sort it, even though she was going on annual leave prior to my move in date. GoogleI highly recommend Your Move Wallsend. The agents working there are very friendly and professional, and they deal with all your phone and email enquiries swiftly and efficiently. My move this year was beyond stressful, with miscommunications between solicitors and various other complications making the whole thing a massive headache. Branch manager Sarah in particular was a fantastic listener and a great ally to have on side when all the legal back and forth between solicitors was making me want to tear my hair out. Whether you're buying or selling I'd very much recommend this branch, the staff are absolutely spot on.

GoogleI can’t praise the Wallsend branch enough for what they did for my family. We agreed our first sale Christmas Eve last year and have faced corona, sale falling through, and a whole year of complications and stress and they have been with me every step of the way. Nothing was ever too much trouble and they were always at the end of the phone. Speedy replies via email and always phoned back when they said they would. Special thanks to both Sarah’s that work in the branch they went above and beyond for us and I will 100% recommend them to everyone. Thank you so much girls!
