We’ve recently been dealing with Your Move Estate Agents at the Rowlands Gill branch. I would firstly like to say how fantastic they’ve been in putting us at ease, we have been dealing with them in buying our very first home and couldn’t have asked for a better team. They’ve been contactable at all times and have dealt with any query no matter how simple or difficult. A special mention to Abi, Claire, Bridie and Alex who have been super helpful in every way. Put our house on the market and from start to finish kept me up to date with a phone call every couple of days with the progress. All the staff very professional and friendly, answered all questions and concerns we had over our house and buying our other house. So I would like to say a big thank you

My Wife and I have recently sold our house with Your Move Rowlands Gill, and they have been great throughout the whole process! We met with Alex back in January for a house valuation, after getting valuations from 2 other estate agents. We were really impressed with Alex's professionalism - he came prepared, offered great advise and was very friendly. Since then we have been dealing with the team in the office, who have helped us through each step of the process. Abi, Claire and Bridie have been brilliant - they did a great job of promoting our property, making sure to keep the interest up and to get us regular viewings. It makes all the difference having friendly and approachable staff, who are always there to offer help or advise. Would highly recommend Your Move Rowlands gill! Thanks very much

Would strongly reccomend against dealings with Your Move. Was running ten minutes(yes, ten) late for a viewing after an viewing just prior with the same staff member. Couldn't wait despite me already being on route. Won't be buying with, or selling with Your Move as a consequence not now, nor in the future.

Thank you for your feedback Sean, as previously explained we run our diaries with back to back appointments and I had already rearranged another clients viewing to accommodate your appointment 15 minutes later than it was booked. I'm sorry you had not realised your bookings were 2 miles apart and had not accommodated for travel time on foot or by using public transport. Due to covid restrictions we are unable to show more than one applicant around a property at a time and already had another showing arranged for the time you were due to arrive. Sold my home of over 30 years through Your Move Wallsend and from the first valuation through to completion everything went so smoothly and very quickly got me a good offer on my home. All the staff are always happy to help with an queries and help keep the stress levels down. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

Where do I start? I think there was another review about this branch being extremely professional and I absolutely agree. I’m a landlord and was in a very difficult situation with a previous tenant and the state of the house that needed sorting out immediately. It was extremely stressful. Jasmin was there helping me every step of the way and turned things around within a week. She fully understood delays cost money and was extremely conscientious about improving my situation and bringing a level of balance to a very difficult situation. I’m extremely grateful for her help and look forward to establishing long term business relationships with this branch.

Friendly staff that always return my calls and nothing seems to be too much trouble for them. Polite, courteous and professional is just a few words I’d use to describe every interaction I’ve had with the Roland’s Gill branch and as I come from a customer driven profession, attributes like a good attitude, high presentation standards and excellent communication skills have to be a given. I would like to take this opportunity to mention Abi, who has worked tirelessly to ensure a smooth journey through our purchase. I would not hesitate to highly recommend them to anyone moving home.
