GoogleWe have just moved into our new home which we bought through Your Move. The staff, especially Sharon were amazing. They were always available when I called and Emailed. GoogleToday we have completed on the sale of my mother's house. I could not have had dealings with a nicer team of enthusiastic people. I did consider a cheaper option, but would have had to carry out the viewings myself. The extra investment was well worth every penny. The communication has been first class, the enthusiasm, as stated, first class, effort, you guessed it, first class. However there has just been that little bit more..... people skills from day one. GoogleSold my house the first day Steve came to value it, from then on the girls in the office were fantastic. Georgia, Sharon and Julia were always on hand when I needed them .They kept me up to date with every development and even sorted a solicitor for me to handle the sale and purchase when due to the stamp duty holiday I was being turned down by solicitors because they were all swamped with business. GoogleI recently purchased a property with the help of Your Move Chester Le Street. The Your Move staff were very professional and incredibly responsive to enquiries from both sides. The office staff (in particular Georgia, Julia and Sharon) were lovely, reliable, and nothing ever seem to be too much trouble for them. The sales team were sure to keep me informed during the final stages making that part of the experience stress-free. I wouldn't hesitate to use or recommend Your Move Chester Le Street for buying or selling again. Thank you so much!

GoogleYour move has been a godsend for me having to find a suitable flat fairly quickly and helping me keep everything organised. Elliot was the team member I engaged with the most who put up with my random questions and telling me updates as soon as he got them. At no point did I phone or email and not receive a friendly and helpful response! Seems to be a very genuine team who want the best for their customers which cannot always be said for other estate agents. Literally can't even express how happy I am with how everything went - such a smooth move to a lovely flat for me and my cats when I was going through a very stressful time. Her professionalism, work etiquettes and patience especially after putting her under a lot of pressure was admirable. GoogleWhere do I start? I think there was another review about this branch being extremely professional and I absolutely agree. I’m a landlord and was in a very difficult situation with a previous tenant and the state of the house that needed sorting out immediately. It was extremely stressful. Jasmin was there helping me every step of the way and turned things around within a week. She fully understood delays cost money and was extremely conscientious about improving my situation and bringing a level of balance to a very difficult situation. I’m extremely grateful for her help and look forward to establishing long term business relationships with this branch.
