GoogleCertain young staff not very friendly, too officious while trying to be business like sadly doesn't work. They never know any details of the property. Oh and don't expect an early viewing of new properties, you usually need to wait at least a week! My heart sinks if a property I want to view is being marketed by Your Move.

GoogleCan not fault them. Abigail dealt with us from our first viewing all the way through and she was brilliant at keeping in touch and letting me know when to chase for things. So lovely and understanding that we had no idea what we were doing as first time buyers. Would absolutely recommend.

GoogleDon't bother going with these. They are happy to let my landlady Rob me after she informed the council that I moved out when I didn't which messed my benefits claim up they are also happy to represent her even after I informed them that me and my kids were going without heating because I couldn't afford to use them with them being electric

GoogleDealing with Your Move (Durham) was one of most needlessly upsetting and stressful experiences I’ve ever had… Our otherwise excellent Landlord/Tenant relationship was enormously strained due to Your Move’s miscommunication between parties, blame-shifting and overall pushiness. Your Move showed a total DISREGARD to personal arrangements made between our landlord and ourselves; we had agreed to continue living in the property (at the initial request of our landlord) until the property was sold. This arrangement would’ve also enabled us to move out gradually and discreetly. WE DID NOT CONSENT to interior photographers taking photos of our personal belongings during this transition period, however, due to Your Move putting pressure on our (elderly) landlord for the interior photographers to ‘go ahead’ - this meant we were forced to to move all our personal belongings elsewhere at VERY LITTLE NOTICE! Your Move’s online property listing also contained deceivingly-worded information alluding to the fact that we (the tenants) had been ‘living at the property for years’ and were now simply ‘moving on.’ As it stands, Your Move DID NOT SEEK OR OBTAIN OUR CONSENT to put this information on the listing! I had to ask (twice) for this information to be removed after the agent refused to do so. And since our reason for moving was ultimately due to long-term prolonged harassment, discrimination and theft via neighbours from three different households (with police involvement made necessary) - for Your Move (Durham) to use the ‘length of our stay’ as a selling point was, (I felt) unprofessional and dishonest. Based on these experiences, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND USING YOUR MOVE (DURHAM) #RUSHmove #BADmove #WRONGmove
Hello, based on your review I believe this to be in relation to an issue that was concluded, with yourself, satisfactorily back in April 2021. We were not aware of any issues you had with neighbours, nor were we aware the police had been involved. Our contract was with the seller of the property who was appreciative and thankful for the service he received from us. She went way beyond what I thought was possible when helping me to resolve a critical situation with the tenant in the house. This was whilst not being signed up to any management service. She simply did this out of a desire to help me out of a really difficult situation. I’m now moving forward thanks to help from her and the Durham office. GoogleMassive thank you to Your Move Durham for supporting us through what is a stressful process anyway but more so when you have small children and selling/buying and renting a property. I was able to pick up the phone and speak to Nicky who was amazing throughout the sale of our family home, and pulled out all the stops to get us sorted in time! GoogleFrom the first call we made to enquire about a property, the service we received from Sales Manager Nicola Hall was excellent. Extremely efficient and friendly, so much so that after our viewing, we asked to use the same office to obtain a valuation of our property. Ian Taylor called out to advise us and again the same efficient friendly service resulted in our house being photographed within a couple of days, and online shortly after. Within a couple more days, we had an offer, which we accepted, and consequently because we were “proceed-able”, our offer on the property we fell in love with was accepted. I cannot fault the service we received from both Nicola and Ian, and would have no hesitation in recommending Your Move.

GoogleYour Move bury their head in the sand and are completely uncooperative after a house they let out has caused serious damage to multiple neighbours property twice in a year and a half due to shoddy repairs by cowboy builders! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! Update: As shown in the companies reply, they continue to be completely uncooperative and play ignorant in regards to the damage their property has caused to neighbours property and vehicles! Yes, everyone understands nobody can control the weather, but this is not about the neighbours roof, this is about the damages done!
Hello Michael, in response to your comments, the landlord is aware of the damage to the roof that was caused by the extreme weather conditions in recent days. As I am sure you can appreciate the storm was beyond anyone's control and the landlord will be ensuring the repairs to their property are carried out as soon as it is safe to do so.
