GoogleWould strongly reccomend against dealings with Your Move. Was running ten minutes(yes, ten) late for a viewing after an viewing just prior with the same staff member. Couldn't wait despite me already being on route. Won't be buying with, or selling with Your Move as a consequence not now, nor in the future.
Thank you for your feedback Sean, as previously explained we run our diaries with back to back appointments and I had already rearranged another clients viewing to accommodate your appointment 15 minutes later than it was booked. I'm sorry you had not realised your bookings were 2 miles apart and had not accommodated for travel time on foot or by using public transport. Due to covid restrictions we are unable to show more than one applicant around a property at a time and already had another showing arranged for the time you were due to arrive. GoogleWe both sold our flat and purchased a new house through Your Move Wallsend. We dealt majority with Sarah and Kerry who were both professional, knowledgeable and responsive. This was our first experience of selling a property and they kept us in the loop, updated with which step had completed and what was next to do. GoogleUnfortunately I have had retract my rave review of Your Move, this is not a reflection of the staff of Whitley Bay Office, but the complete ineptitude of all the divisions and departments behind the scenes. My experience was of dreadful communication, misleading information, never getting a straight answer, and charging a fortune. It was the worst management I have ever had on buy to lets. The litany of mistakes would take far too long to list, but it was an immensely stressful experience.NegativeProfessionalism

Tracy valued my property and explained how she would market the property; she was very positive and professional. Kay took over from Tracy, wow. This young lady has management potential, nothing was a problem. All issues were sorted before I was informed of the the position, Kay performed her job over and above what would be expected of an Estate Agent or any employee. The results of Kay's work produced a good sale for me and I would expect a good purchase for the buyer.PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleYour Move in Whitley Bay recently helped me and my family navigate selling our family home and buy a new one. They could not have been more helpful! Having lived there for many years we'd never sold a house before, but Julie made the whole process smooth and easy. Along with keeping us up to date regularly, Julie was also very active in chasing up other people in the chain - buyers, sellers, solicitors - everyone! In a market as hectic as Whitley Bay's is, Your Move did a great job of finding us the best qualified buyers and managing the process as smoothly and quickly as I could have imagined. We went from valuation to moved in a shade over three months, and the team kept us well-informed throughout, although special mention must go to Julie, who handled our sale with true professionalism and friendliness.
