GoogleA bunch of lovely empathetic ladies that were absolutely gutted when an offer didn’t go through, but were over the money when one was accepted. See if is exceptional, would not recommend any other estate agents in Consett.

GoogleBooked a valuation of our property to take place on 28th of August, with confirmation being received by myself on 16th of August. I received a call from the branch on the 26th of August to say, we won’t be attending as we’re too busy. Absolutely unbelievable that such a timescale had passed after having received confirmation and made plans around the visit, for them to then to decide they were too busy. If this is how the relationship was to start, I wouldn’t have held much hope of the branch taking great care with the sale of the biggest asset I’ll ever own!NegativeProfessionalism

GoogleI would just like to thank Nicky, Ian, Chera-lise and Nichol for helping me sell my home, I moved to london, had a baby, got married and sold our house all withing 3 months, possibly the most stressful time of my life but they always went above and beyond to help, be on end of phone and where so attentive at emails, phonecalls and doing the leg work for me, on top of that they are a group of the loveliest down to earth genuine people too. I would have been lost without them, the service was second to none and honestly nothing was too big of an ask or small! I hope you all have a fantastic christmas and some well deserved time off.
