GoogleI've recently completed on a house after 8 months of a long hard slog to finding a place and being successful on having an offer accepted, followed by a very difficult purchase process. I can't recommend Abi, Bridie, Claire, Alex and Duncan enough. They have been absolute rocks and gone above and beyond the call of duty time and time again to see me through from viewings to completion. There have been hiccups and miscommunications along the way but you could not want for better customer service, they have consistently made every effort to put hiccups and miscommunications right. This would not have been the case with a lesser team and it is a credit to them, their working dynamic together, their ethos towards their roles and their dedication to customer service. There have been times lately when Abi, Bridie and Clare have mediated very challenging and intense situations to ensure negotiations remain smooth and successful, I have been acutely aware throughout that this really, is beyond their remit. Further, that in reality, their service is to their client, the seller and not to me and yet you would not for a second have thought this was the case over the last 8 months. Any house buyer knows how many agents from different companies you come into contact with during a search so hand on my heart, I've seen the good, the bad and the ugly over this search and previously. It gets bad. However, Your Move Rowlands Gill excel in their field and quickly build rapport which makes you feel like family. Whether buying or selling, it would be a shame to look past these guys. GoogleKay, Rachel and the whole Whitley Bay branch were ace! We recently successfully applied to rent a property in Whitley Bay through this branch and from the beginning they were incredibly helpful, professional and fair in every aspect of the process. The particular property we looked at was attracting a lot of attention so viewing was back-to-back. Despite this, Rachel took the time to show us around and answer questions. We expressed interest and Rachel was fair in making no promises and explaining she would let us know if we were successful. Once our offer was accepted, Kay was on hand to guide us through the paperwork, in person. The whole branch were very personable and the process was a laugh. Rachel kept in touch with us for updates on the referencing process and before long we were ready to go. The final step in branch was super easy and Graham from Embrace Financial Services walked us through some financial advice before Rachel handed us our keys. Could not recommend these guys enough, they really went above and beyond compared to the other estate agents in the area.

GoogleReally happy with how our sale was managed during Covid! Denise M always on hand and very responsive to any questions we had, can not recommend her enough! I have used yourmove twice now- the first was for the purchase of our first home and second the selling of it. Even though we didn’t use Suzanne this time for the sale of our property she was still involved with our buyers and was always there if needed. Both a massive asset to yourmove crawcrook!
