Nikki always returned our calls promptly and really cares about your situation and understands how stressful selling a property can be and this empathy comes through in the communication. I rushed north to view one house on this team's books and headed back 5 days later while Abi was writing me a memoranium of sale on another. This was caused by my best man fulfilling his promise to my late wife to move me near my family. In this intense period we were repeated 'phoning or visiting the office and constantly adjusted requirements so had dealings with Bridie, Claire and Alex. They managed to keep track and cope with efficiency and empathy. They also coped with one of us who was used to getting projects done and the other who was likely share lots of background information.
