GoogleWill happily recommend FBM. We have used them for letting a flat in Tenby after being messed around by the other main operator there. From the start they were communicative, fast and helpful. Lheyton was a great introduction and we had three prospective clients. In the end the whole process was completed quickly and without fuss. Regular updates along the way from Rebecca - could not have wished for more.

GoogleFrom the start I found all the staff most helpful and kept me informed at every stage. I mainly dealt with Vicky and she has advised me and taken out the stress of buying and selling a property. If you need a company who cares at a personal level and is also most professional I think this is the one I woud recommend.

GoogleSteve and Katie are absolute diamonds. Great communication, brilliantly knowledgeable, they took amazing photos of our home of 13 years and sold our property for us within a week! We had lots of issues during conveyancing (no fault of Kingshills or us!) delay after delay was stressful with 2 young kids but Katie, kept us calm and our buyers engaged right to the very end to get the chain across the line. Thank you so much to the Kingshills team. Hands down best agents I have ever come across. 10/10

TrustpilotMoving out is stressful enough....
Currently in the process of moving out and they are making our lives difficult. Kept getting messages stating that my application isn't completed when I have screenshots proving it's complete. They also requested for physical copies of our identification and proof of address. Weather this is company policy or not, we both live in different cities and financially we can't travel to the office just so they can see a physical copy.

GoogleWe first met Jacqui, the branch manager of Frosts in February to value my late mothers property for probate. Out of the three separate agents who attended , she was by far the most friendly and professional with an eye for detail. Based on this, we chose Frosts to handle the sale. What should have been a straight forward chain free transaction turned out to be time consuming and difficult not to mention stressful! Jacqui however was always supportive and "on the case". Nothing was ever too much trouble. Thanks to her, the transaction eventually completed and we are so grateful. We highly recommend Frosts. Their A1 service is second to none.
